Title bar/menu problem on 14.04

Just to make sure you really are seeing something different to the rest of
us can you estimate how quickly it changes to a hand please. For me it is
about 1/3 second which does not cause me any problems.

idea so much that it is the first thing I change.  I was able to do this in
12.04 with no problems.
