Problems with Blue-tooth - Ubuntu 14.04

One way is to go into the BIOS and see if there's an option to turn off
the internal/integrated Bluetooth device.
But Ubuntu with Blueman usually do a good job with Bluetooth - give the
internal advice a try...
The other thing is to google your laptop and see if anyone else had
issues with Bluetooth.
