Take a look at
 http://us.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/main/d/dkms/
now its ...14.04.2_all.deb
               ^
Running apt-get update first will fix the issue, IOW run

 sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get install virtualbox-qt
