Not sure how to get around the "404 Not Found [IP: 2001:67c:1562::14 80]" error message

Hello Community Members, I am not sure how to get around the  "404  Not
Found [IP: 2001:67c:1562::14 80]" error message. What should be my next
step? Thanks, Naeem
