err, yes, it also wont boot with a dracut based initramfs. ubuntu and
debian use initramfs-tools since 2004 to build the initrd and and rely
on specific setups provided by it... dracut handles this differently and
will most likely give you a broken boot in case something runs it to
regenerate the initrd. you dont want dracut installed on an ubuntu
machine ever...
