If I can ask a stupid question, why is it packaged?  I saw dracut and 
dracut-network packages in Debian testing, so presumably they're in Ubuntu. 
  If it makes the system unbootable, shouldn't there be warnings not to 
install it or shouldn't it be removed from the distribution?
