Updating glib 2.22 or later on ubuntu 14.04 facing issues.

i tried following all installed but ./configure output is same

sudo apt-get install libprotobuf-dev libprotoc-dev
sudo apt-get install python-zmq
sudo apt-get install python-protobuf.socketrpc
