Hardware:
4GB memory with swap (8GB memory preferred)
Quad-core 2.6ghz cpu
100 Mbits/sec bandwidth
Dedicated hardware (Not Virtualized)
I've managed to run it on a lot less but the audio is not very good and
turning on video will cause session crashes.
There are a few services that will host BBB for you but they are cost
prohibitive.
