Big Blue Button is nice but requires some pretty high specs to run
properly on your own. [1]<br>

4GB memory with swap (8GB memory preferred)<br>
Quad-core 2.6ghz cpu<br>
100 Mbits/sec bandwidth<br>
Dedicated hardware (Not Virtualized)<br>

I've managed to run it on a lot less but the audio is not very good
and turning on video will cause session crashes.<br>

There are a few services that will host BBB for you but they are
cost prohibitive.<br>
