Hi,
To delete all drive from disk drive boot from LiveCD (any distro) and 
write whole disk with "zeros":
#dd if=/dev/zero of=/dev/sdx
where sdx is your disk drive.
This command will erase all your data from disk. Next install new system 
and sell a computer.
