The theory of upgrading from 14.04 to 15.04 using /etc/apt/sources.list

Oh, one more thing -- your subject says "upgrading from 14.04 to 15.04."
Well, who knows? I never tried something like that, I always "upgraded"
to the *next* release. You are jumping one (14.10). I have no idea of
how it would go.

I would not do it, though, at least not on my work laptop.
