How Come I Cannot Download the Latest Ubuntu 15.04 Desktop?

Dear Colin Law,

I followed the steps exactly as you did. The download page for Ubuntu
14.04.3 shows the "Not now, take me to the download" button.

But the download page for Ubuntu 15.04 does not show the "Not now,
take me to the download" button.

There are two orange buttons on the download page, the top one is for
Ubuntu 14.04.3 and the bottom on is for Ubuntu 15.04.
