How Come I Cannot Download the Latest Ubuntu 15.04 Desktop?

The page you linked to does not have that, I agree.  I did see that
page once, but cannot work out how I got there.  If you click on the
Download button on ubuntu.com, then click on Ubuntu Desktop then on
the orange Download button it takes you to
http://www.ubuntu.com/download/desktop/contribute/?version=14.04.3&architecture=amd64
which has the pay with paypal button but also the Not Now link.

By the way the convention here is to insert replies into the previous
