How Come I Cannot Download the Latest Ubuntu 15.04 Desktop?

Can you describe exactly how to get to that page please, it needs
fixing.  I know you have said you did as I did but please describe
exactly what you did, starting from www.ubuntu.com, as I am not seeing
the same thing.  Thanks.
