How Come I Cannot Download the Latest Ubuntu 15.04 Desktop?

If you do as you suggest, then click on Ubuntu Desktop then on the
Download button it takes you to the page the OP found.  There is no
option to download 15.04 unless you follow the Alternative Downloads,
which seems odd to me.
