No network when docking

Well, these are all good suggestions. However, this morning I docked my
laptop,
to the HP docking station that came with it. It came back from suspend and
got connected to the eth0 after seems to be unnecessary fighting with wlan0
few times. Here is the output of syslog  http://paste.ubuntu.com/8521255/
