bluetooth keyboard/mouse disconnected during upgrade, cannot complete upgrade, USB keyboard/mouse dont work either

thanks but fortunately i've figured out how to use vnc thru SSH and am
finishing up the upgrade!

added "LocalForward 9999 localhost:5900" to SSH config, then used x11vnc
after SSH'ing into the desktop and connected with remmina
