Just run Windows XP in VirtualBox under Ubuntu. Works fine.

"Windows XP Mode" is a free VM from MS. It's intended for only Windows
7 Pro users but it is freely downloadable and works fine on all
versions of Windows, Mac OS X and Linux under VirtualBox.
