Yes it does and I feel dumb not to have considered it as I have 2 Vboxes 
with XP and one OS/2 on my desktop machine.  I guess always consider it 
under powered when compared to my desktop, but it is dual core AMD with 
4 GiB's of ram as I recall so it should do fine.
