I would agree with Team Viewer, however it is a commercial application, not
open source, and free only for personal use.
Now if you don't mind paying for the license, it's ok. However, if you will
have saved several "connections" to clients, you might receive some
notifications, asking you to be kind enough to buy a commercial license, in
case you are using it for commercial purposes.
I use it to help friends and my parents when they need assistance, however
i believe this is something you want to have in mind before choosing your
tools.
