Is there any easy way to 'scale' displays?

I believe you are trying to recreate the size, according to centimetres,
inches, or another non-pixel measure.
If that is the case, the most simple way to do it is to find find a display
with the same pixel density, this website can help you [1].
Generally your monitor might have a "bigger brother" that have the same
pixel density but bigger dimensions.
