gnumeric cannot save as latex table in new versions?

Hi, when I was in Ubuntu 12.10, my gnumeric 1.10 can save a spreadsheet as
latex table, but now in 13.04 it is 1.12 but cannot save as latex? The
option simply disappeared?

In gnome project website, however, it said it can save as .tex.

So why has Ubuntu removed this feature?
