Upgrade to a supported release or do it yourself: Find out for your 
installed applications what security problems exist and patch the source 
code of those applications accordingly.

It looks like the repositories for Maverick at 
<http://security.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/> are still available. Therefore I 
suppose you can get the last security updates which are probably from 
April 2012.
