Where is man Namespace_std?

I would assume there is a bug in the libstdc++6-4.4-doc package which 
either removed the Namespace_std man page or if it was removed on 
purpose, the C++Intro man page should be updated to not point to 
Namespace_std. Whatever it is, I don't know.
