Where is man Namespace_std?

So Namespace_std is in libstdc++6-4.1-doc but not in
libstdc++6-4.4-doc. But I have libstdc++6-4.4-doc installed, if
C++Intro points Namespace_std, I'd expect Namespace_std should be
available. Is there anything wrong with libstdc++6-4.4-doc?
