Over the years that PPA has often NOT kept up with the latest
versions, and you will notice while it contains GnuCash 2.4.3, it
doesn't explicitly list the latest Ubuntu 11.04 repository
information. I'm not sure of its purpose -- at one time it seemed to
be used for developers working on the German online banking software.
If you have had recent contact with the team that maintains it, please
ask them to state their purpose on that page, and/or on the GnuCash
Ubuntu wiki.

At this moment Getdeb.net contains GnuCash 2.4.5, updated on April
12th, so it has the very latest stable version.
