Relying on cognates to Spanish I'd say "gostaria" means "I would like to".
"resultado" obviously refers to results NOT obtained.  And this is a person
familiar with Windows and wanting to get a recognizerd by Ubuntu, but having
trouble with it
because it's so different. I don't recognize the brand name, so it may not
be possible.
OP also does not indicate if this is a notebook or desktop machine.

I'm also going to guess that "novo para min" actually means "new to me".

I'd suggest anyone otherwise capable of helping but not understanding
Portuguese
should try writing in very simple well-spelled English and hope for the
best.  You
might try Google's translator as well as babylon.com, and send all three
versions:
original and two translations.
