A device that is very common but the company will not make drivers for
Linux but they have been kind enough to give the devs ALL the hardware
info that they need which is way better than most firms like Logitech
that just leave us guessing. But the driver is not done nor stable and
locks my system down hard, forcing a reboot about one time a day. I
know it will be fixed but If I had an apple or MS then this would not
be the case because they support those systems. This gets repeated a
lot in Linux and often with the Hardware companies being outright
hostile to Linux or at least not helpful. It would seem that MS is
often behind this problem.

Yep, but they sure do get the drivers they need written for them! This
is for many reason, market share being a big one and MS heavy
handedness being the other.

Yep, they want to force the users to upgrade. MS=Evil Corp, at least to me.

Yep, and wouldn't it be nice if everything in the stores had little
stickers saying Linux compatible? This is users friendliness. Linux
just does not have it and likely never will. Don't get me wrong, I
would rather not have a computer than give up Linux but it should
would be nice to solve all these paper cuts!
I sure wish that my HD Logitech camera could uses its focus in Linux
and HD Video with Skype but it can't!
