iwl3945 & kernel 2.6.33

hi, since i compiled the newest kernel 2.6.33 the iwl3945 driver does 
not load the microcode anymore. this has worked up till 2.6.32.9
any ideas?

the driver loads, but in dmesg the following 2 line are missing and 
ifconfig show no interface
