project types missing in ubuntu (netbeans)

hi,
in my netbeans installed in ubuntu, i cannot create web applications.
but am able to create web applications in windows version.

my project category includes:
java
netbeans modules
and sample

any help would be great appreciated as i coudld not find a solution in
google.
