Switching a friend to Ubuntu

If you are going for Ubuntu, pick Ubuntu. Seems like Canonical doesn't
give much shit about Kubuntu, so if you prefer KDE, go for Mandriva or
OpenSuse.

Well, that's my opinion anyway.
