PXE-install with own ubuntu-dist

You need to learn about the debian-installer (aka alternative install 
iso) and preseed if you want to do custom, pxe installs.

Never could wrap my head around preseed and the partitioning recipes. 
kickstart is so much easier and in fact, not so limited when it comes to 
disk setup. lvm + raid possible yet!?!?
