PXE-install with own ubuntu-dist

Hello,
I have to setup an network with several PC. I want to install them by 
using PXE. I read the article about PXE-Installation on help.ubuntu.com, 
but there is explained, how to install the  "original" ubuntu. But I've 
to do some changes, like edit *.conf-files, install some software and so 
on. I createted an *.iso of it with remastersys.
* Is it possible to automate booting respectively installing this iso?
* And kann I boot this over pxe?
