Upstart problem - apache, ssh daemon not running

Lucky you? I wonder what the difference could be between your setup and 
mine? I never touched the upstart setup except for when I downgraded 
because of this problem. Upstart is outside my field of expertise, 
startup of apache and ssh is something I haven't needed to think about 
till now.
