Should be 4 GB, not MB. Either way, I believe that most Vista installs
require much more than 4GB (somewhere in the range of 8GB to 20GB, with
MS's own claims of a minimum of 15GB for installing Vista ). I believe
resizing Vista to 4GB w/o some serious trimming of it's blot would lead
to an unbootable Vista install.
