Can you send me (directly - not the list) screen shots of wicd:
Preferences|General Settings, External Programs, Advanced Settings, and
Properties for your wireless. Also please include /var/log/wicd/wicd.log
- note: you'll need to first use:

$ gksu gedit /var/log/wicd/wicd.log

and *be sure* to edit out *all* passwords first - Find: key
& we'll try to get you working.
