How can I upgrade ubuntu 8.04 to Jaunty from console?

Yeah,, I think this might be the last way to try. Keep it in mind and
still looking for other simple ways :) Thanks Vince.

But I have install lots of sw, like apache/mail/..... lots of things. :(
