Wine apps display OFF desktop....

run 'winecfg' - go to Graphics tab - unclick 'allow the window manager
to control the windows' - apply.
Start application.  Assuming it's now in a useable spot, go ahead and
reclick 'allow the window manager to control the windows' and apply.
