Wine apps display OFF desktop....

Boy, I may solve this one on my own.... Spent some time doing various
Google searches, seems to be a lot of complaints about the Display app
not working well with docking stations etc, someone mentioned an app
called "arandr". I installed it and it allows you to turn attached
displays off and on. I turned off my laptop panel and now my screen is
good, no longer extending. I'm not sure what will happen when I run
the laptop on the road, will it recognise the new arrangement, but
will test that later, have to get some real work done.
