Debugging symbols for Thunderbird

I'd file it under Thunderbird & let the dev's sort out if they want to
move it to some other package.

The crash reports should be in ~/.thunderbird/Crash Reports

I'll have to check on a machine that has a Ubuntu Thunderbird install;
all of mine are directly from mozilla & my TB is a pre-released test/dev
version...

Oops, on that machine w/Ubuntu Thunderbird installed it's
~/.mozilla-thunderbird and there's no /Crash Report folder. Sorry, my
mistake.
