Don't quite get Ubuntu One

i use dropbox, which is what ubuntu one is based on (I believe) and it
allows all my machines a common shared filespace, which, granted, i
already have locally via samba. it's pretty automagic, and i pretty
much like it, although i don't completely grok the security.
