Nope.  Dropbox is a closed-source product from a for-profit company.
I should have been clearer about that.
They have a free of cost offering which is restricted in size and
length of history of backups.

UbuntuOne is GPLv3 software written from scratch in python, which I
believe Canonical intends to build a for-profit web service around.
