Display resolution sometimes wrong on power up

I have seen it with various versions of K/Ubuntu on various systems with
different graphics chipsets and different monitors so I don't think it
has anything to do with your monitor. A Ctrl-Alt-Backspace will usually
"fix" the problem. I haven't seen this in Fedora 9 or 10 on the same
hardware so that suggests a problem specific to K/Ubuntu.
