What Video Card for 2D

To be honest, if I were in your situation I would stick to 32 bit
unless you have a compelling reason to go 64 bit. Report your issues
to ATI, then try the 32 bit system and see if it helps. Report your
results in 32 bit to ATI as welll. Thus, you will help improve the 64
bit drivers but you will get the stabnility of 32 bit.
