If you are adding valuable information, such as "my Foobar computer
with XYZ video and KLM
memory experiences a similar problem under ABC conditions", that would
be great. But just saying "me too" helps no one.

Not at all, I don't expect that the devs would know anything that is
not explicitly reported.
