Fixing problems with a particular install is doene here, fixing
problems with the distro is done on Launchpad. I understand that many
times it is difficult to tell which category of problem one is having,
so the list is a good place to start. Usually, if a bug need to be
filed then if I am participating in the thread I will file it. I hope
that people are doing that in other threads as per need.

Like I mentioned it is for different types of problems.

Yes, the devs hate that. I have seen it mentioned on Launchpad _not_
to do that unless one is giving additional info.
