I'm sorry, I don't know either.
Perhaps you should look around on the Deluge forum, or ask a question
there if you don't find anything?

My advice when looking for help on torrent clients: stay away from those
forums that are popular with the "warez kiddies". They do *not* follow the
Ubuntu CoC or any other CoC, except maybe the pirate code...
