That was my preferred contact method, but none is available. After
much time, I discovered that my only way of contacting MSI was by
telephone. Please correct me if I am wrong.

The tech gave me the option of searching the Taiwan site myself. As
one who does not speak Chinese, I did not have that option to me.

I've been just fine with Western Digital, AMD, Kingston, and Asus
inside the case, and HP and Microsoft outside the case. I have been in
phone and email contact with each of them several times over the
course of the years, and I continually buy their products.
