install Adobe Reader in Fire Fox

In synaptic you get a number of adobe flash packages listed there.
1. flashplugin-nonfree is a transitional packages (don't use this)
2. adobe-flashplugin is the adobe flash from ubuntu repository 
(sometimes not the latest version)
3. flashplugin-installer is the latest version of flash (from adobe.com)

You can also do sudo apt-get install flashplugin-installer.
