How do you expect us to either understand or explain, when you just keep
telling us what _you've_ done, but don't answer the questions we've asked?
The _simplest_ answer would be that you can't talk to the outside world
unless your gateway is doing Network Address Translation - at least, the
outside world isn't going to respond to a 10.*.*.* address. But just as
likely is the incorrect broadcast address, as Mark noted.
